I trust in the intelligence of the body. I trust in the intelligence of life. We are built of billions of cells. Each one a universe. Each one already holding the information for its own repair and vitality. The body is simply asking for the conditions of its own repair. My work is to remember that, out loud, with the people who are ready to listen to their innate soulful-cellular intelligence. Vitality is our birthright.

The work

A terrain to nurture, not a machine to fix.

A terrain to nurture, not a machine to fix.

A terrain to nurture, not a machine to fix.

I teach regenerative health, the slow cellular practice of detoxification, lymphatic drainage, deep cellular nourishment, and repair, as a devotional rhythm rather than a protocol to grind through. Together we approach the healing work as a ceremony. Self love and the reclamation of sovereignty are sacred acts.

The ethos is simple. Trust the intelligence of the body. Stop outsourcing your knowing. Learn to read your own signals. Every cell is programmed for regeneration and repair. Disease is not punishment. It is dis-ease, a lack of flow that can almost always be restored.

Training

I studied at the Institute of Regenerative Health.

I studied at the Institute of Regenerative Health.

I studied at the Institute of Regenerative Health.

An accredited certification grounded in regenerative detoxification, cellular biology, herbalism, terrain theory, and quantum biology. The program reads the body through its elimination pathways, the kidneys, the lymphatic system, the bowels, and through its relationships, the gut and the soil, light and the cell, voltage and vitality. It teaches anatomy, physiology, iridology, molecular hydrogen, stem cell regeneration, and the chemistry of cellular repair. It is rigorous and radical.

Beyond the certification, I am an eternal student of nature. I learn from the seasons. From the slow water. From the people who walked this work long before me. From my own body when it has something to say. And most importantly, from everyone I work with.

The path here

I came to this work the long way, through my own body.

I came to this work the long way, through my own body.

I had my gallbladder removed at sixteen, long before I had any framework for what it meant to live in a body that holds stories. In my twenties I lived with endometriosis. I've sat and learned from the physical, emotional, and psychological pain teachers. The body was always speaking to me. I didn't yet know how to listen.

The deeper turn came when my mother was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition in my early twenties. Watching the woman who raised me be impacted in such a real way by a system that could suppress her symptoms but never listen to her cracked something open in me. I knew there had to be another way. I started looking, and I did not stop. That search became this work. I no longer have digestive issues, my cycles are predictable and barely noticeable, and my mother was cleared by her doctor years ago and no longer carries the diagnosis.

How I work

In cycles. With reverence. Without urgency.

In cycles. With reverence. Without urgency.

In cycles. With reverence. Without urgency.

I teach what was taught to me, and I teach the deeper layer, the felt sense of being part of the living world, which came to me only through years of paying close attention. The voice puts out a signal. The people who resonate respond. I am not trying to convince anyone. I am a person speaking to people about something often indescribable but unmistakably tangible and palpable. We open our channels, we sit in silence, we breathe in the great mystery, we laugh, we cry, we trust, we fear, we trust, we fear, and lo and behold, we trust again. We spiral through the eternal birth canal of expansion and contraction together.
